Role Overview
Our Customer Support Specialist will be instrumental in setting us apart from the competition. You will be tasked with ensuring that our Customer Support Team delivers the highest level of service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assessing customer support needs, including product knowledge and technical assistance.
- Developing a strategy for team development, setting SLAs, and recruiting first-level support agents.
- Creating reporting structures, procedures, and processes for the Customer Support team.
- Identifying and reporting areas for improvement in Customer Experience.
- Cultivating positive relationships within the in-house support team, providing training and daily support.
- Formulating plans to surpass service level expectations.
- Monitoring the quality of Customer Support team activities across all platforms: Live Chat, Social Media, Phone, and Email.
- Reporting on the performance of the Customer Support team.
- Managing all office needs and effectively communicating with team members.
Requirements
Experience & Expertise
- Matric / Grade 12.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Team Lead/Supervisor in Customer Service.
- Passion for resolving customer queries and problems with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work shifts.
- Knowledge of various sporting disciplines and casino products.
- Proficient in computer literacy.
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Ability to effectively manage and motivate customer service agents.
- Prior experience with Zendesk.
- Knowledge of QA practices and implementation of a quality framework.
- Willingness and capability to provide support in a 24/7 business environment.
