1. I just joined and my account is locked?

When a new account is created, sometimes we require some additional security checks before the account is activated. If your account does not reopen straight away, please contact customer services.

2. I cannot remember my password?

If you have forgotten your password, simply enter your username here and we will email you a temporary password.

3. I cannot remember my username?

Please contact us via live chat and we will be able to assist you in recovering your account.

4. My account is locked as I entered my password incorrectly too many times.

For account security, we will lock your account if there are several incorrect password attempts. If you contact our customer services via live chat, we will have your account unlocked for you once you confirm some additional security questions.

5. My account has been locked and I don’t know why.

If an account is suspended by BetMatch for any reason, we will always send you an email outlining the reason and where applicable, any steps required to reopen the account. If you did not receive an email, please contact us via live chat, where we will be happy to assist you.
